Shipping Information
At Tranoo, we understand that fast and reliable delivery matters. We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your purchase with confidence.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Our order processing cut-off time is 2:30 PM EST on business days. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will typically be processed on the next business day.
Certain items, high-volume periods, or special circumstances may require additional processing time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tranoo currently ships to selected countries and regions worldwide. Shipping availability is determined at checkout. If your shipping address can be successfully entered and accepted during checkout, this generally means we are able to ship to your location.
Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is generally 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier performance. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders may be delivered by one or more logistics partners, including but not limited to YunExpress, DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or local last-mile carriers, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
For shipments handled by YunExpress or other global carriers, tracking may also be available through third-party tracking platforms. Please allow a short period after shipment for tracking information to update.
To help protect our customers, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed and accepted. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Tranoo pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once the shipment is released from our warehouse to the carrier.
If you experience any shipping or delivery issues, please contact Tranoo Customer Support as soon as possible so we can help investigate and resolve the matter.
Any shipping-related claims, including lost, missing, or damaged packages, should be reported within 10 days of the recorded delivery date or the last tracking update. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other destination-country fees may apply depending on local regulations.
These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tranoo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment can be arranged.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please contact Tranoo Customer Support promptly.
We may request supporting information such as photos of the package, photos of the product, or confirmation of the delivery address in order to assist with a claim investigation.
