2. sleep-aid hardware products under the Braintrace or TRANOO brand;
3. the App, mini-program, web console, and related functions used in connection with the hardware; and

This Policy does not apply to products or services independently provided by third parties. When you access third-party services through the Service, you shall also comply with the privacy policies and user terms of such third parties.

(1) device information, such as device number, activation status, firmware version, Bluetooth connection status, battery level, duration of use, and fault logs;
(2) usage parameter information, such as mode selection, stimulation settings, device impedance, start and stop times, and synchronization records;
(3) sleep- and health-related information, such as sleep onset time, sleep duration, number of nighttime awakenings, sleep reports, and records related to sleep-assistance functions; and
(4) where you authorize us to enable specific functions, data related to EEG collection, stimulation adjustment, and device operating performance, for the purpose of generating sleep reports, improving connection stability, and optimizing the device experience.
Special Notice – Sensitive Data. If you expressly choose to enable the EEG collection function, we will process data relating to EEG signals, including brainwave readings, stimulation parameters, and related operational records. Such data constitutes health or biometric-related sensitive personal information. We will present a separate consent notice before you activate this function and will only process such data after you have provided your explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time through the settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
2.4 Information from Third Parties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if you choose to use third-party login, third-party payment, or third-party customer service platforms, we may obtain information that you authorize such third parties to share with us, such as your nickname, avatar, payment status, logistics status, or customer service ticket status.
